WHAT IT IS

The work, explained.

Partner drills are where technique meets timing. You will work with another person on pads or in controlled drills, learning how to close distance, throw with balance and get back to guard.

Members often mention partner drills as one of the reasons sessions feel useful — you learn something you can apply immediately, not just a sequence to memorise.

The work is coached and controlled on the drill the class is running. If you are interested in sparring, ask the coach how it is handled here.

02Is this sparring?

The program is built around coached drills and technique. Ask the coach how sparring is handled at the gym if you are interested in it.
